1 John 1:8-9 ESV – If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just
to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
I feel that it is so much easier to just say what I feel and to not worry about filtering my words. Is that wise or lazy? What I might not realize is that what I say without a mental filter may cause more harm than good! Introspection has the ability to change and save your life!
